New work environments can be challenging to navigate. When it comes to putting your tangible skills to their best use it's important to be transparent. Let your team know the experiences you've previously had and the experience you wish to gain. I think often times new work environments come with a stigma of uneasiness but it's in your best interest put your skills to use that will both benefit the company and you!
