Great question @Isaiah Dennis! I think it's definitely a challenge as you can easily get stuck in a routine. It's good that you're considering this as your network can open up many doors for you!
You could consider joining your college alumni club and use that opportunity to connect with people across various industries. Another favorite of mine is using LinkedIn, maybe consider connecting with like minded professionals and asking about their work, their career paths, any certifications they may have.
